By accessing or using MsgHub (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and MsgHub regarding your use of the Service.

2. Description of Service

MsgHub is a message management platform that enables businesses to view and respond to messages sent to their Facebook Pages and Instagram Professional accounts through the Meta Messenger Platform. The Service integrates with the Meta Graph API and requires you to authenticate via Facebook Login and grant necessary permissions for the Service to function.

3. Account Obligations

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and connecting Facebook accounts.
You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service.

4. Meta Platform Compliance

Your use of the Service is subject to Meta's platform policies and terms. By using the Service, you also agree to comply with:

You acknowledge that Meta may revoke your access to its platform at any time, which will affect the Service's ability to send and receive messages on your behalf. We are not responsible for any interruption of service caused by Meta's actions.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

Send spam, unsolicited messages, or messages that violate Meta's messaging policies.
Engage in harassment, abuse, or any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations.
Send messages outside the permitted messaging windows as defined by Meta's platform rules.
Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely represent your affiliation with any person or entity.
Interfere with or disrupt the Service, its servers, or networks connected to the Service.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other user accounts, or connected systems.
Use the Service to collect or store personal data of end users beyond what is necessary for messaging.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by MsgHub and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. All trademarks, service marks, and trade names are the property of their respective owners. Facebook, Messenger, Instagram, and Meta are trademarks of Meta Platforms, Inc.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE.

8. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL MsgHub, ITS AFFILIATES, OR ITS LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless MsgHub and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to the Service, other users, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the data deletion process.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, through the Service interface. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which MsgHub operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable arbitration association.
