Your Right to Delete Your Data
At MsgHub, we respect your right to control your personal data. This page explains what data we store, how you can delete it, and provides a self-service deletion tool.
What Data We Store About You

| Facebook Account Data | Your Facebook user ID, name, email (if shared during OAuth), and API access tokens |
| Page Information | Names and IDs of Facebook Pages you connected through OAuth, plus page access tokens |
| Message Data | Messages sent and received through your connected Pages (includes sender identifiers, message text, and timestamps) |
| Activity Logs | Records of actions performed within the Service (e.g., connecting accounts, sending replies) |
How to Delete Your Data
You have multiple options to delete your data from our systems:
Option 1: Self-Service Deletion (Recommended)
Use the form below to instantly delete your account and all associated data. You must type the confirmation phrase to proceed.
Option 2: Revoke Facebook Access
You can revoke MsgHub's access to your Facebook data at any time through your Facebook account settings. Visit Facebook App Settings, find MsgHub, and click "Remove." This will immediately prevent us from accessing your Facebook Pages and data. To also delete your MsgHub account data, use Option 1 or Option 3.
Option 3: Email Request
Send an email to [email protected] with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and include your username in the body. We will process your request within 30 calendar days and send you a confirmation once completed.
What Happens After Deletion
- Immediate: Your account is deactivated. You will no longer be able to log in or access the Service.
- Within 24 hours: All connected Facebook account tokens are revoked and removed from our systems.
- Within 48 hours: All stored messages, page data, and associated records are permanently erased from our active database.
- Within 30 days: Any remaining data in backups or logs is purged through our regular retention cycle.
- Not affected: Messages already delivered to end users through the Facebook Messenger platform cannot be recalled or deleted by us, as they reside on Meta's systems and the end users' devices. You may manage those conversations through Facebook directly.
